Antonella Aspell,
Ray White Real Estate

Downsizing and estate sales specialist

I combine care and emotional support with meticulous property preparation, so my clients achieve the best possible price.

You know, I’ve been in real estate a long time, and I can tell you that selling a home later in life isn’t just about the house.

It’s about everything that’s wrapped up in it.

The memories, the stories, the people you’ve shared it with. Whether it’s your own home or your parents’, it’s not a simple decision and it shouldn’t be treated like one.

I work mostly with people who are going through some kind of change. It might be downsizing into something smaller, moving into care, or navigating the sale of a family home after someone has passed away. My clients are often more mature people, their families, or lawyers handling estates.

Selling a home isn’t just a transaction.
These are deeply personal moments, and they deserve care.

My approach

Every detail matters when you’re preparing a home for the market, because the way it’s presented is what helps secure the best price.

From the garden and staging to the photography and paperwork, everything has to be just right to attract buyers and achieve the best result.

“A home is never just a house. It’s part of someone’s life. And when it’s time to let it go, it should be done with care, not pressure.’’

At the same time, I value

Real Connection

Taking the time to listen and understand what matters to you

Presenting your property in the best light to achieve the strongest price

What happens when you get in touch

I like to keep things simple and straightforward. Here’s how the first steps usually go.

We have a chat.

When you first get in touch, we’ll talk about what you need help with - why you’re selling, who’s involved, and what time frame you have in mind.

Next, I’ll visit you at the property.

I’ll walk through, ask questions about its history or updates, and get a sense of what buyers will value.

After this, we meet again with a plan.

I’ll share a clear proposal. It includes a realistic price range you could expect for your property, my recommendation for the best way to sell, and any suggestions for presenting the home.

You decide when you’re ready.

After you’ve had time to think it over, I’ll check in to answer any questions. From there, we move forward at your pace.

These first steps are about making sure you feel clear and confident, and that your home is set up to attract the strongest offers.

For my clients, selling their home is about more than putting up a sign and waiting for offers.

It’s an emotional process, often filled with uncertainty, memories, and big decisions. And no one should have to face that alone.

Every person deserves a real estate experience that feels personal, respectful, and clear – not rushed, confusing, or impersonal.

They deserve someone who listens, explains things in plain English, and makes the whole process feel more straightforward.

But right now, too many people feel overwhelmed by the idea of selling. They don’t know where to start. They’re worried about what it means, who to trust, and how to navigate all the moving parts.

That’s why I do what I do.

Because when you’re supported by someone who understands the emotional weight of it all – someone who walks beside you through every step – it makes all the difference.

The process becomes less about what you’re losing, and more about what you’re making possible: peace of mind, a fresh start, or simply knowing the job’s been done properly.

Because when selling a home is done with empathy, communication, and care, people feel ready for their next chapter.

I want my clients to feel that selling a home doesn’t have to be daunting. It can be straightforward and supportive. My hope is that everyone I work with feels seen, heard, and looked after – like they’ve got someone in their corner who truly cares.

Because this is about more than selling houses. It’s about helping people move on with peace of mind that they’ve achieved the best price the market will pay so they can move on with their lives.

These values shape
how I show up every day

People first, always

Whether it’s a downsizer, a grieving family, or a first-time seller, the human story comes before the property. I lead with empathy and understanding.

Clarity over pressure

I don’t rush. I explain. I walk with our clients, ensuring every decision feels right, not forced.

Personal service matters

No handoffs. No unknown agents. From appraisal to sale day, I’m your single point of contact.

Trust through transparency

I keep you informed every step of the way with regular (daily if needed) updates, a tailored timeline, and honest conversation.

Simplifying the sales process

Selling a home can feel overwhelming. I simplify the process, take things off your plate, and minimise the stress.

I do more than list and sell homes.

Here’s how I take care of my clients.

Provide honest,
no-pressure appraisals

Because clients don’t want to feel rushed or “sold to.” They want clear, realistic guidance they can trust. An honest appraisal helps them make informed decisions at their own pace.

Recommend the best method of sale (tender, deadline, or auction).

Because choosing how to sell can be confusing, and the wrong strategy could cost time and money. Clients want to feel confident they’re getting the best price the market will pay, with a clear plan and no guesswork.

Handle decluttering, maintenance, gardening, and cleaning through trusted networks.

Because many clients – especially older adults or grieving families – simply don’t have the time, energy, or contacts to get the home ready. Taking this off their plate removes a huge source of stress and helps the property shine without the hassle.

Keep clients informed with regular and consistent updates

Because most clients – and especially those already under emotional pressure – feel reassured when they know what is happening and when. Clear communication with regular updates provides peace of mind and helps them feel in control, even when they are far away.

Personally attend all viewing and open homes

Because handing over the keys to someone else isn’t easy. Knowing that I will be there in person – not a junior assistant or another real estate agent – provides a sense of security, trust, and continuity throughout the entire journey.

With the right support, selling your home can feel a lot less stressful, and even a bit hopeful and exciting.

So if you’re thinking, “Where do I even start?”, that’s where I come in. Let’s talk. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
